Our mission is to promote meaningful choice and diverse opportunity within public education by supporting the development of the optimal learning environment for each learner and the optimal teaching environment for each teacher. Learners are the heart of the school, and each one develops an individualized learning plan (ILP) in consensus with their parents and trained VCA academic staff.
